Bambino Milestones:

February 2010: Location #2 in Idaho Falls opens to the public. It's an instant hit!
October 2009: Construction begins on Location #3 in Rexburg, Idaho.
September 2009: Pickett's Bambino is now served in the Skyline lunch concession program. Also, Rigby Junior High joins the concession program.
July 2009: Construction begins on location #2 in Idaho Falls.
May 2009: BYU-Idaho begins serving Bambinos in the Nordic cafeteria.
Feb 2009: Under the direction of the IBC, Pickett's Bambino is served on the campus of BYU-Idaho under the code name "i-bambino."
December 2007: Pickett's Bambino is served as part of the school lunch program at Madison High School and Madison Junior High.
September 2007: Pickett's Bambino is served as part of the school lunch program at Rigby High School and Midway Middle School. Rigby Junior High opts for an after school snack bar of Bambinos.
May 2007: Pickett's Bambino branches off of La Pizzeria in Rigby under the direction of Ryan Pickett, son of Bob & Manuca Pickett, owners of La Pizzeria.

@andrewanddylan Currently serving in Rigby, ID. #2 will be finished next month in Idaho Falls. #3 will be done in February in Rexburg.
